Hall in talks
The Observer reports that "Hornets chiefs" are still discussing Martin Hall’s future with the award winning coach. The article goes on to explain that the no-nonsense boss has led Rochdale to third spot in National League One for the past two seasons, but must consider if he wants to stay at Spotland for another crack at promotion to Super League, and with most of the squad out of contract in the close season, time is not on the board’s side.
Martin re-signed last year for a single season after lengthy talks and we remember well the initial announcement in November 2000 on his appointment.
Looking at the coaches since 1971, Hall only needs stay another 6 months to be our longest serving coach in this entire period!
