Hornets Eye Buddies Cup Success!
Rochdale Hornets are homing in on Buddies National Cup success beginning at Doncaster Dragons on Sunday in the quarter-final.
Head coach Martin Hall commented
‘‘We know it will be a tough match, but we have everything to play for and we believe we have the ability to win this competition.’’
Victory at Doncaster, would guarantee a semi-final place, and Hornets are also looking to avenge their recent shock defeat to the Dragons in the NFP.
Hall added “There is no doubt that there is a score to settle and Sunday is a great opportunity to not only settle that score, Doncaster are a tough side, but we aim to win.”
Rochdale are missing influential skipper Matt Calland who suffered a recurrence of a hamstring strain last week.
