At last we are moving in the right direction.
For too long the game has been aimed at old blokes sat in the stand mumbling about how great the old players were and isn't that music a bit loud?
Well, times change and Hornets are embracing the new era, and I for one say "YES".
Forget your pie and peas, we want chicken nuggets and french fries.
If it takes pre-match dancing girls and loud music after each try, then so be it. I for one will be in the queue to buy my large foam hand with "Go Hornets Go" embossed across it. I too will be taking to my feet and chanting "Who let the dogs out" after another cracking Watto try. Or "Simply the best" from Paul Owen.
I do have doubts about it in February! But given the arrival of some fine summer rugby then why not? The future is about attracting youngsters and families and the club should be applauded for their efforts, after all they are starting with the best in the business!
Don't forget as well, that the experiment needs to be tried out over the whole summer,
we don't want to say "well we tried it once in February, when it snowed, rained etc. and it didn't really take off"
